What Can’t Go in the Skip
For safety and environmental compliance, the following items cannot be placed in skips:
- Liquids, paints, oils, solvents or chemicals
- Asbestos or suspected asbestos
- Batteries of any type
- Gas cylinders or pressurised vessels
- Clinical or biological waste
- Large appliances/WEEE such as fridges or freezers
- Bulk soil, hardcore or concrete that breaches lifting limits
